Born and raised in Jacksonville, DUUUVAL has always been a special place with core memories. After graduating from the University of Florida (Go Gators!), I started my career in social media management and marketing, but five years later I decided to shift gears into the fitness space as a Personal Trainer. Overall, wellness and learning how to work with our bodies instead of against them is a passion of mine. As a personal trainer and host, I get to work and interact with all kinds of people, which is my favorite!
