  1. Introduction. We at Trivia Nation believe in protecting the security and confidentiality of your personal information. This SMS Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) discloses our policies regarding the collection, use, maintenance and disclosure of your personal information obtained in connection with your participation in the SMS messaging service (the “Service”), that we make available to you through a third party provider. This Policy only applies to the personal information obtained in connection with the Service. By opting into and using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
  2. Personal Information. “Personal information” is data that identifies, relates to, describes, can be used to contact, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly to you.     4. Other Personal Information Provided by You. We also collect other items of Personal Information voluntarily provided by you including, but not limited to, contact information provided in connection with an inquiry, comments and other feedback
  3. No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell or rent the personal information obtained in connection with the Service to other companies or individuals.
  4. Use of Personal Information. We use your personal information:
    1. To deliver the Service to you.

    2. With our affiliates. We may share your personal information with third parties that share common ownership with Trivia Nation, but only for the purposes described above.
    3. For reasons you consent to. We may share your personal information with third parties for any reason if we obtain your consent before doing so, or if you specifically direct us to share your personal information.

We may disclose or transfer your information to a third party if we sell, transfer, divest, or disclose all or a portion of our business or assets to another company in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, transaction, or proceeding.

Despite the measures we have taken, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will only be accessed by authorized parties. You will not be discriminated against for choosing to opt-out of this Service.

  11. Minors. Minors under the age of 13 may not use the Service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. By signing up for the Service, you also agree to Trivia Nation’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We started trivia about a year ago with a host referred to us by a colleague. Although the host was pleasant, he was lacking the charisma necessary to keep the players entertained and engaged. The events seemed a bit unorganized, lacking structure and flow. We eventually realized we could not grow our business to its full potential. A few guests recommend we consider Trivia Nation. We had heard the name, but, weren’t too familiar with the brand. After somewhat effortless research (Trivia Nation seemed omnipresent), we decided to partner with them on our Monday Trivia night. It has been nine months now, and we have been nothing less than thrilled with Trivia Nation’s service. The camaraderie between our “regulars” is exciting to witness. The weekly teams seem to have a special chemistry with the others teams that longtime friends possess. Finally, our host, Eric, delivers the questions and “commentary” with the right blend of witty sarcasm that makes us all smile. Oh, and did I forget to mention our sales are up 30%-35%? We average 60-80 players weekly, mostly the 25-55 demographic. Monday is now definitely my favorite night to work. I highly recommend Trivia Nation to any other restaurant or bar owner desiring to grow his or her business by increasing weekly revenue on an “off” night, while creating an energetic fun, yet professional atmosphere.

Trivia Nation was hired by V Pizza/Sidecar in 2015 in San Marco, Jacksonville FL. We quickly helped them to make Thursdays at Sidecar the thing to do in San Marco, as we averaged 50-100 players each Thursday, depending on time of season. We increased liquor/beer sales and food sales.

Irish 31 opened in Hyde Park, Tampa in 2011. We worked there and had a lot of success building their Tuesday nights very soon after it opened.
